Work You’ll Do:
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
Document current processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
System Configuration & Implementation
Configure JDE E1 modules based on business requirements.
Extensive experience with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One modules such as Manufacturing, Distribution, and Inventory.
Understanding business process workflows and how they map to JDE E1.
Familiarity with SQL , BI Publisher , and reporting tools .
Knowledge of system integrations and data migration .
Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Assist in the development of customizations and integrations.
Testing & Validation
Develop test plans and scripts.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot issues.
Ensure solutions meet business needs and are compliant with standards.
Training & Support
Provide end-user training and documentation.
Offer ongoing support and issue resolution post-implementation.
Project Management & Collaboration
Work closely with technical teams, project managers, and business units.
Participate in project planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Team:
Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives. This involves conducting workshops and gathering detailed requirements for new projects.
Regular meetings with stakeholders to provide progress updates, ensuring they are informed and can communicate their future business vision through the system.
Need to work with a cross-functional team to support project planning, execution, and tracking for operational initiatives.
Basic Qualifications and
Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering stream
Certifications in Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One.
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
Knowledge of modern ERP integrations .
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.
