About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with at least 2 years of experience specifically within the US staffing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for boosting online visibility, improving organic traffic, and generating qualified candidate and client leads through optimized web and content strategies tailored to the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute SEO strategies targeted toward both candidate acquisition and client engagement in the US staffing landscape.
Perform detailed keyword research focused on job titles, hiring trends, and staffing-specific search behaviour in the U.S.
Optimize website architecture, meta-data, and content for high-ranking performance in search engines (Google, Bing).
Collaborate with marketing, web, and content teams to create and refine SEO-optimized job posts, landing pages, and blog content.
Track, analyse, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Arefs.
Stay up to date with algorithm changes and trends specific to the staffing/recruitment niche in the U.S.
Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO improvements, including backlinking strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years of SEO experience within the US staffing industry is mandatory .
Deep knowledge of U.S. job market search trends and staffing-specific search behaviour.
Proven success in ranking job/recruitment-related keywords and increasing lead conversions.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like Word Press.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align with U.S. branding standards.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with ATS systems (e.g. Job Diva ) and integrating them into SEO efforts.
Familiarity with PPC and SEM campaigns targeting staffing markets.
Working knowledge of schema markup and local SEO for staffing office locations.
