Position Summary
We are seeking a SAP Signavio analyst to drive process intelligence and transformation initiatives across the business. This role combines process mining, business analysis, and SAP expertise to support business process transformation using SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite.
The SAP Signavio Analyst enables operational excellence by leveraging process intelligence and modeling to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and drive measurable business value across our SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process Analysis and Optimization
o Leverage SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze actual business processes through process mining and identify improvement opportunities.
o Create and maintain process models in Signavio Process Manager
o Conduct gap analysis between as-is and to-be processes, quantifying potential benefits and ROI.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to document, standardize, and optimize cross-functional workflows.
• Process Governance
o Establish and maintain process documentation standards and governance frameworks in Signavio Collaboration Hub
o Support Change Management by creating clear, visual process documentation accessible to all stakeholders.
• Technical Insights & Continuous Improvement
o Partner with IT and development teams by identifying processes suitable for workflow automation.
o Support post-implementation validations by comparing planned versus actual process improvements.
o Stay current in Signavio platform capabilities and best practices in process management.
Must Have
Skills:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• SAP Signavio certification or equivalent process management certification (BPM, Lean Six Sigma)
• Experience in SAP4/HANA transformational projects and business process standardization.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with change management environments supporting large-scale implementations.
• Background in process governance for SOX compliance or regulatory requirements.
