Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Growth Specialist. The Growth Specialist will be responsible for identifying and implementing growth opportunities, strategizing to improve sales performance, analyzing key data, and managing projects to drive operational efficiency. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the candidate will contribute to business expansion while ensuring alignment with company goals.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Strategy and the Managing Director.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Experience in growth hacking and driving innovative strategies to boost business expansion
Proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to achieve revenue targets
Project management expertise, including planning, execution, and timely delivery of initiatives
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic business environments
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in IT or technology industry is an added advantage
