About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven person who will take complete ownership of our website sales performance . The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads , with a solid understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels, and data-driven marketing. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition, optimizing conversions, and maximizing returns on ad spends.
Key Responsibilities
Website Sales Ownership from acquisition to conversion — ensuring consistent growth in sales and profitability.
Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Data & Metrics Monitor and optimize key KPIs such as CAC, AOV, ROAS, CTR, and CVR . Identify performance patterns and make quick, data-backed decisions to improve daily and weekly results.
Tracking & Troubleshooting Ensure accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and GA4. Troubleshoot data discrepancies or attribution issues as needed.
Manage and optimize Emailer and Whats App automation journeys for remarketing, retention, and precision targeting.
Cross-Functional Coordination Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements
3+ of proven experience in performance marketing (Meta & Google Ads as the primary channel).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads Dashboard.
Exposure to D2C / eCommerce businesses will be a strong advantage.
