Position: Information Technology & Odoo Specialist
Type: Full-time | On-site (Ahmedabad)
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon - Sat)
CTC: 3 - 5 LPA
(Exact salary will be determined based on skills & experience)
Key Responsibilities
Systems & Database Management
Odoo Administration:
Manage, maintain, and optimize the Odoo database.
Development:
Build custom Odoo features and generate technical reports.
Coding:
Apply programming knowledge (Python/XML) to enhance ERP functionality.
Infrastructure & Assets
Device Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of company hardware, including laptops and mobile devices.
Connectivity:
Manage corporate phone numbers, SIM cards, MS 365 accounts.
Technical Support:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for on-site staff.
Website Management:
Perform occasional updates, maintenance, and security checks on the company website (Odoo hosted).
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3–5 years in IT systems management or ERP administration.
Proficiency in Odoo , Python (preferred), and Advanced Excel.
Experience in fleet management (laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.).
