Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, based in Ahmedabad. The IT Support Engineer will handle technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage systems, and provide effective help desk support. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to queries, maintaining IT infrastructure, solving system issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for clients and team members.

Qualifications & Job role
Strong expertise in Technical Support and Application & DBA Support
Proficient in addressing and resolving Information Technology and Troubleshooting challenges
Experience and skills in System Administration for both hardware and software systems
Ability to provide top-quality customer support and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
Help monitor server health, logs, and basic performance metrics.
Support deployment of new releases, patches, and updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
Experience in IT service management tools or certification in relevant IT disciplines is an advantage
Proactive problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment
Eagerness to learn, good problem-solving skills, and willingness to take guidance.
