We are now looking for a  Performance Marketing manager  who doesn’t just run ads — but builds scalable growth engines.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Performance Marketing manager at Baby Organo and will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing advertising strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and devising actionable insights to maximize ROI. They will oversee ad platforms, manage marketing budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop customer acquisition and retention strategies. Additionally, they will stay updated on the latest trends and implement innovative techniques to drive growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive customer acquisition, ROI, and ROAS  through highly optimized paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other performance platforms.
Build high-converting marketing funnels  by collaborating cross-functionally with creative, content, and tech teams to improve landing pages and user journeys.
Lead A/B testing and deep performance analytics  to improve CTR, CVR, CAC, and overall campaign efficiency.
Own budget planning and allocation , ensuring profitable scaling.
Track, analyze, and translate data into action , not just reports.
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform updates  to continuously strengthen our online presence.

Requirements:
2+ years of performance marketing experience with expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads and PPC.
Proven ability to scale ad spends profitably
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, and analytics tools
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and conversion psychology
Ownership mindset with strong accountability
