Key Responsibilities:
Manage order processing and order tracking with precision.
Provide email/chat support to international clients.
Conduct client calls to address queries or provide updates.
Work within ERP/CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
Liaise effectively with international clients, ensuring smooth communication.
Good experience with MS Office suite.
Required Skills:
Proven experience in back-office operations, including order management.
Proficiency in email/chat-based client support.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
Experience in international client communication.
B2B business exposure is a plus.
Other Details:
Workdays:
Monday to Friday.
Specific shift timing to be defined.
3:00 PM to 12:30 AM | 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM
