Project Manager, Scrum Master, IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Agile projects using Scrum methodology.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Ensure clear and effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
Proactively identify project risks and mitigate them through strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Track and report key Agile metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance within the Scrum team.
Coach team members on Agile best practices to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong understanding of Scrum principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
