SEO Executive (Performance Marketing as Add-on Skill)

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced SEO professional who can manage and improve organic visibility, website traffic, and keyword rankings across multiple digital platforms. The candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), technical SEO, and content optimization. Basic understanding of performance marketing platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- SEO / AEO / GEO (Primary Responsibility)
Manage end-to-end SEO activities including On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
Work on AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI-powered search platforms and AI-generated search results.
Optimize website content for featured snippets, AI overviews, voice search & answer-based search queries.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & content optimization.
Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, CTR & overall website performance.
Optimize website structure, schema markup, meta tags, internal linking & page speed.
Coordinate with developers for technical SEO fixes and website improvements.
Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Plan and execute backlink activities to improve domain authority & organic visibility.
Work closely with content & social media teams for SEO-friendly content execution.
Prepare monthly SEO reports, insights & growth recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
- 3-6 years of relevant technical experience
Strong analytical skills
Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO & GEO concepts.
Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console & GA4.
Understanding of technical SEO, Core Web Vitals & website optimization.
Knowledge of schema markup, AI search trends & content optimization.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads.
Knowledge of Word Press or CMS management.
Good analytical & reporting skills.
Strong communication & coordination abilities.
