We are seeking an experienced  Senior Solution Architect  to lead business-led solution design for strategic initiatives across diversified business verticals.

Unlike a pure Technical Architect role, this position is focused on  solutioning from a business, functional, and process perspective —understanding enterprise challenges, defining future-state operating models, optimizing processes, and designing integrated business solutions that deliver measurable value.
The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology functions to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned with strategic priorities.

Requirements Experience
10+ years of experience in  Solution Architecture, Business Consulting, Business Analysis, Transformation, or Functional Design roles.
Proven experience in enterprise-wide process transformation and solution design initiatives.
Experience working across multiple business functions in large organizations.
Functional Skills
Strong expertise in  business process mapping, operating model design, requirement gathering, and solution blueprinting.

Experience with  ERP, CRM, workflow, analytics, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems.
Strong commercial understanding with ability to evaluate ROI and business impact.
Ability to connect business strategy with executable solutions.

Preferred Background
