Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist the Founder with day-to-day task prioritization, scheduling, and correspondence to maximize productivity.
Take full responsibility for assigned projects, managing them from planning to final execution.
Provide concise, real-time status updates directly to the Founder (no middle management).
Monitor project health and autonomously adjust operational workflows to hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Identify blockers early and implement immediate solutions to keep projects on track.
Analyze workflows and intervene immediately, changing processes or technical approaches to ensure deadlines are met.
