Description
We are looking for a hands-on Automation Lead to drive automation initiatives across web, mobile, and API platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end automation testing efforts.
Design and maintain automation frameworks for:
Web Applications using Selenium and Playwright
iOS & Android Native Apps using Appium
API Automation Testing using Rest Assured, Postman
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with QA, Dev Ops, and Development teams to improve quality processes.
Mentor automation engineers and enforce best practices.
Support Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and API automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript/Type Script/Python.
Experience in automation framework design and test strategy.
Good understanding of CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
Good to Have
Exposure to Performance Testing (JMeter, k6, Load Runner, etc.)
Exposure to Security Testing concepts/tools
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
