Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, growth-oriented Senior E-commerce & SEO Specialist to own and scale our digital footprint. This dual-focus role requires an expert who can seamlessly manage end-to-end Amazon PPC campaigns and drive organic growth through Google SEO .
The ideal candidate possesses deep business acumen, understands how a P&L functions on Amazon, and has a proven track record of managing and scaling brands within the US Marketplace . This is an on-site, full-time position based out of our Ahmedabad office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Amazon Account Management & PPC Strategy
Full Account Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations inside Amazon Seller Central for the US marketplace, ensuring account health, inventory health, and Buy Box stability.
Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize structured Amazon ad campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display , and Video Ads.
Financial Metrics Management: Take aggressive ownership of key performance indicators, specifically optimizing for ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), TACoS (Total Advertising Cost of Sales), and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Listing Optimization: Oversee front-end and back-end listings. Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend search terms, and A+ Content to improve organic rankings and Conversion Rate (CVR) .
Business Acumen: Analyze business reports to track profitability, contribution margins, and market share trends. You are expected to treat the Amazon account like a holistic business unit, not just an ad dashboard.
2. Google SEO Services
Organic Strategy: Develop and execute robust white-hat SEO strategies to rank brand websites on Google’s SERP (Search Engine Result Page).
On-Page & Technical SEO: Perform regular technical audits, address crawl errors, optimize site speed/Core Web Vitals, and implement schema markup.
Keyword & Content Strategy: Conduct rigorous keyword research to identify high-intent search terms. Guide content creation to capture search volume and drive high-converting traffic.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance utilizing Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track traffic, CTR (Click-Through Rate), and keyword positioning.
Non-Negotiable Requirements
Experience:
Strict minimum of 5+ years of professional experience explicitly managing Amazon Seller Central and Google SEO.
US Marketplace Expertise: Proven track record of running successful SEO and Amazon PPC campaigns specifically targeting US demographics and competitive landscapes.
Language Proficiency: Native or near-native professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for interacting with US marketplace structures, listing copy, and reporting.
Work Setup: Ability to work full-time, in-office at our Ahmedabad location.
Technical Competencies & Terminology
The ideal candidate must be completely fluent in the following systems and methodologies:
Amazon Ecosystem: Amazon Attribution, Brand Registry, Storefront setup, Vine Program, External Traffic strategies.
PPC Frameworks: Broad/Phrase/Exact match types, negative keyword harvesting, day parting, bid automation strategies.
SEO Stack: Hands-on experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
