Role Overview
This role will support the Adaptive tool used by Finance and Compensation & Benefits teams, primarily for bonus calculations and workforce planning. The position focuses on ensuring system performance, model accuracy, and business alignment within the HR 5.0 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, test, and troubleshoot Adaptive models for data quality and accuracy
Design, configure, implement, and optimize complex Workday Adaptive Planning models
Work extensively with Workday Forms, Sheets, and interactive dashboards
Develop and maintain project documentation, test scripts, and job aids
Conduct training sessions for end-users and collaborate with technical teams
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues using analytical skills
Ideal Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience with workforce planning module in Workday Adaptive Planning
Strong expertise in Adaptive model design, configuration, and implementation
Experience with Workday Forms, Sheets, dashboards
Exposure to Finance / Compensation & Benefits processes is desirable
