We're hiring one person to do one thing exceptionally well: build authority. If you can earn links that actually move rankings and land media coverage that actually gets read, this role was built for you.
Most SEO people we meet can submit to a directory and call it link-building. We need someone who knows the difference between a link worth chasing and a wasted afternoon — and who can prove it with placements they've landed.
Everything else in our stack — automation, AI, paid — exists to support this. The mission is authority.

The core of the role — this is what you'll live in
→ Earn high-quality backlinks that actually move rankings — outreach, niche edits, guest placements, exchanges done right — and tell a real link from a directory dump → Run digital PR campaigns that land genuine coverage, not press-release noise → Pitch journalists via HARO, HASO, Qwoted, and Source Bottle — and actually land features, not just submit and hope → Build and grow domain authority across a network of client sites over months, not one-off wins → Report results in plain English — rankings, links landed, coverage won — to clients who don't care about jargon
The supporting stack — secondary, but you'll use it
→ Use Go High Level to run outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting across client sub-accounts → Put Claude + n8n to work scaling the grunt work: prospect research, outreach personalisation, lead enrichment, automated reporting → Understand paid ads (Google, Bing, Meta) well enough to coordinate — you won't run them day-to-day, but you should know how they fit the picture
You'll fit if you
• Have 4+ years in link-building, digital PR, or SEO outreach — for real, not just listed on a CV
• Have landed media placements through HARO / HASO / Qwoted — this is the role, so bring examples
• Can write a cold outreach email that doesn't read like a template
• Know exactly what makes a backlink worth chasing — relevance, authority, placement — and what's a waste of time
• Have built outreach systems or automations (Go High Level or n8n a plus)
• Are genuinely curious about AI and have shipped something real with it
Bonus points
• You've grown domain authority across multiple sites and can show the trajectory
• You've got existing journalist or publisher relationships
• You understand SEO beyond links — technical, on-page, and content
• You've wired n8n or GHL up to APIs and webhooks without hand-holding
