About the Role
Aveosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced  Senior SEO  to lead and execute advanced organic growth strategies across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, Enterprise SEO, Link Building, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The role requires a strategic thinker who can drive measurable business growth through search visibility, organic lead generation, and AI search optimization.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead organic growth initiatives for multiple websites and digital properties.
Define SEO roadmaps, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
Stay ahead of search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Technical SEO
Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site performance.
Manage Core Web Vitals and technical health metrics.
Work closely with development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Content & On-Page Optimization
Develop content strategies based on keyword, competitor, and search intent analysis.
Optimize landing pages, blogs, product pages, and service pages.
Drive topical authority and content clustering initiatives.
Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to maximize organic reach.
Off-Page SEO & Authority Building
Lead high-quality link-building and digital PR campaigns.
Develop strategies to improve domain authority and brand visibility.
Monitor backlink profiles and manage SEO risk factors.
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) & GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms.
Implement structured data, schema markup, FAQ optimization, and entity-based SEO.
Improve brand visibility and citation presence within AI-generated responses.
Develop strategies to increase discoverability across generative search engines.
Analytics & Reporting
Track SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and related tools.
Prepare executive-level reports with actionable insights.
Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and ROI from organic channels.

Required Skills & Experience
7–10 years of proven experience in SEO.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Local SEO.
Hands-on experience with AEO and GEO strategies.
Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and similar SEO platforms.
Experience optimizing websites built on Word Press, Webflow, Shopify, or custom frameworks.
Strong understanding of schema markup, structured data, and search intent optimization.
Experience working with development teams on technical SEO implementations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or AI-driven businesses.
Proven track record of growing organic traffic and lead generation erience managing SEO teams or mentoring junior SEO professionals.
Familiarity with AI search trends, prompt-driven content discovery, and search personalization.
