About Role:
RP UXCollab is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior SEO Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across SEO, GEO, AEO, and Meta advertising. You will independently manage multiple client accounts — both domestic (India) and international — driving measurable growth in organic and paid visibility.

- Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for domestic and international clients across diverse industries.

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and coordinate resolution of on-page, off-page, and technical issues.

• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis tailored to each client's target market.

• Build and manage high-quality link acquisition campaigns to strengthen domain authority.

• Track, analyse, and report on organic performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.

GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation):

• Optimise client content to appear prominently in AI-generated search responses (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot, etc.).

• Develop structured, entity-rich content strategies that improve brand visibility within LLM-based search surfaces.

• Stay ahead of evolving GEO best practices and proactively adapt client strategies accordingly.

AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation):

• Optimise content to capture featured snippets, People Also Ask (PAA) boxes, rich results, and voice search answers.

• Implement structured data markup (Schema.org) to enhance how search engines understand and present client content.

• Build FAQ, How-To, and Q&A content frameworks aligned with conversational search intent.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Advertising):

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for domestic and international clients.

• Conduct audience research, targeting strategy, A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign budgets, optimise CPA/ROAS, and deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights.

• Manage remarketing, lead generation, conversion, engagement, and awareness campaigns as required.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned domestic and international client accounts.

• Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly performance reports and strategy presentations to clients.

• Understand client business objectives and translate them into tailored digital marketing strategies.

• Manage client expectations, handle queries professionally, and build long-term relationships.

• Coordinate with internal content, design, and development teams to ensure timely campaign delivery.

- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience:

Minimum 3 years of proven hands-on experience in SEO and Meta Ads; agency background strongly preferred.

• Proficiency in SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4).

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads platforms.

• Working knowledge of Generative AI search behaviours and emerging GEO/AEO optimisation techniques.

• Solid understanding of technical SEO: crawl management, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for international client management.

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present actionable recommendations.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS; familiarity with CMS platforms such as Word Press is an advantage.

- Nice to Have:

• Google Ads or Analytics certification.

• Experience managing international and domestic clients.

• Knowledge of local SEO and multi-regional/multilingual SEO strategies.

• Familiarity with AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) and their role in content production workflows.

• Prior experience with SaaS SEO client portfolios.
