About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative professional to support Supply Chain Management operations within the Vantage SCM function. This role focuses on managing supplier onboarding (SOB) processes, driving efficient service delivery, and ensuring smooth execution of business-as-usual (BAU) activities through effective stakeholder engagement and strong SAP sourcing expertise.
What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Supplier Onboarding (SOB), ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and quality standards
Handle stakeholder queries and resolve process-related issues efficiently
Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with SCM processes across teams
Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
Escalate system issues, functional queries, and change requests in line with defined processes
Build effective relationships with internal teams, local markets, and suppliers to enable seamless service delivery
Support continuous improvement of KPIs and overall process performance
Promote alignment with health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives within SCM operations
Who You Are
Experienced in SAP sourcing processes with strong understanding of supply chain operations
Skilled in stakeholder and supplier relationship management
Comfortable working in dynamic environments and adapting quickly to change
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams
Proficient in MS Office tools with attention to detail in reporting and data analysis
Holds an LLB, MCom, or MBA qualification (essential)
