Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (Q/A):
Review and analyze system specifications and requirements documents.
Execute manual and automated test cases and identify bugs or usability issues.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project scope and improve software quality.
Report defects clearly and track them through resolution using bug tracking tools.
Perform regression, smoke, and performance testing as needed.
Assist in creating and maintaining QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Software Training and Support:
Develop training materials, user manuals, quick reference guides, and video tutorials for internal and external users.
Conduct live and virtual training sessions, webinars, and onboarding workshops.
Provide post-training support and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product and Support teams to stay updated on software changes and new features.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical users, translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand instructions.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and/or user training.
Experience with QA tools and bug tracking software.
Familiarity with software documentation and training content creation tools.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Technical writing and public speaking/presentation skills.
