Senior Technical Project Manager

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Customer Solution Consultant with 8+ years of experience in
software development, AI solutions, and AWS cloud technologies to lead the successful delivery of
enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end delivery of software, cloud, and AI projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality
execution.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable
technical solutions.
3. Drive solution architecture discussions and work closely with engineering teams to define
implementation approaches.
4. Manage Agile delivery, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, resource planning, and
release management.
5. Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Dev Ops, Data, and AI
teams.
6. Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLMs, RAG, semantic search, AI
agents, and intelligent automation.
7. Monitor project progress, manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and communicate status to
customers and leadership.
8. Oversee cloud-native application delivery on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, performance,
reliability, and cost optimization.
9. Prepare technical proposals, solution estimates, Statements of Work (SoW), project roadmaps,
and architecture documentation.
10. Drive continuous improvement by adopting engineering best practices, Dev Ops, AI innovations,
and modern software delivery processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery, software engineering, or project delivery.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Microservices, REST APIs, Software Architecture,
and Solution Design.

• Experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, RAG, Vector Search, AI
Agents, and intelligent automation.

• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud services and cloud-native architecture.

• Experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git, and Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform or CDK).

• Excellent stakeholder management, technical consulting, communication, estimation, and
problem-solving skills.
