We are seeking an experienced Yardi Administrator to serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Yardi Voyager platform. This role will support the company's vertically integrated multifamily real estate operations by managing system administration, user support, integrations, reporting, security, and ongoing optimization of Yardi applications.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration
Administer and maintain Yardi Voyager and associated modules.
Configure system settings, workflows, security roles, and user permissions.
Manage user provisioning, access requests, and role-based security.
Monitor system performance and coordinate upgrades and releases.
Business Process Support
Collaborate with Accounting and Property Operations to improve business processes.
Configure workflows for acquisitions, dispositions, budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities within Yardi.
Reporting & Analytics
Develop and maintain custom reports using Yardi, SQL, Excel, and Power BI (preferred).
Create operational dashboards for executive leadership.
Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Integrations
Support integrations between Yardi and third-party applications including:
CRM platforms
Banking interfaces
Document management systems
Business intelligence tools
Procurement and AP automation platforms
Troubleshoot interface issues and coordinate with vendors.
User Support & Training
Provide Tier II and Tier III support for Yardi users.
Develop user guides and training documentation.
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees.
Data Management
Maintain property, lease, vendor, and resident master data.
Perform system audits to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with data migration during acquisitions and portfolio expansions.
Project Management
Participate in Yardi implementation and enhancement projects.
Coordinate testing for upgrades and new functionality.
Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize enhancement requests.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years administering Yardi Voyager in a multifamily real estate environment.
Strong understanding of:
Property Management
Lease Administration
Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Budgeting
Fixed Assets
Experience with security administration and workflow configuration.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
