Role:
Executive – Operations Excellence

Location:

Navratna Corporate Park, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily first mile operations including order pickups, vendor coordination, and shipment processing
Ensure timely and accurate collection of shipments from sellers/vendors
Monitor pickup schedules and optimize routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Track shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or operational issues
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, transporters, and internal stakeholders
Ensure adherence to SOPs, compliance standards, and safety protocols
Analyze operational data and generate reports to improve performance metrics (TAT, SLA, etc.)
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of operational challenges

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations
Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and KPIs
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS and logistics management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain operations (First Mile experience preferred)
Experience working with vendors, transport partners, or courier networks
