The Asst Manager - Facilities and Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance operations, ensuring that all buildings and facilities are in good condition and functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify any maintenance needs
-Coordinate and manage all maintenance work, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades
-Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner
-Manage maintenance staff and contractors, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard
-Oversee the procurement of maintenance equipment and supplies
-Monitor the performance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping and security, and take action to address any issues
-Ensure that all maintenance work complies with relevant health and safety regulations
-Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and related expenses
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field
-Proven experience working as a Maintenance Officer or similar role in a real estate construction company
-Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security
