About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee multiple client accounts and help the team with Content Creation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can maintain strong client relationships, ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and drive business growth. You will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and junior client servicing executives, ensuring all projects align with client objectives and agency goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing high-value accounts and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Understand client business objectives, marketing goals, and industry challenges to provide strategic solutions.
Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Create Content along with the internal and external vendors to deliver client's brief.
Leadership & Team Management:
Supervise and guide Client Servicing Executives, ensuring they meet client expectations and internal deadlines.
Conduct regular check-ins with the Client Servicing team to monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks.
Provide mentorship and training to develop the skills of junior team members.
Act as the escalation point for any client or project-related challenges.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with clients to develop integrated marketing and advertising strategies aligned with their business goals.
Work closely with creative, strategy, media, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Oversee the development of creative briefs and marketing strategies, ensuring they align with client expectations.
Project Coordination & Performance Analysis:
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Monitor and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to maintain agency profitability.
Conduct post-campaign evaluations, analysing performance against KPIs and presenting actionable insights.
Qualifications & Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Client Servicing & Content Creation, or a similar role within an advertising agency.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Strong understanding of advertising strategies, brand management, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management tools and CRM software is a plus.
Proficiency in English & Hindi is essential.
