Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staff management, client relationship development, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security solutions. Responsibilities include managing budgets, driving growth, addressing client concerns, implementing company strategies, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Leading by example, the Branch Manager will also support the team in achieving organizational goals and providing excellent services to clients.

Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, with experience in team management and motivating individuals for performance excellence.
Ability to manage operations, budgets, and client interactions effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and ensure compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to coordinate with staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience in security services, facilities management, or related industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using relevant systems and tools for scheduling, reporting, and management purposes.
Knowledge of safety, security regulations, and industry standards is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field is an advantage.
