Manage and regulate stocks and supplies of herbs and nutritional foods
Check and secure cash receipts
Interact with patients/clients visiting the centre and make them comfortable
Ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales
Drive business deliverables, including achieving sales targets
Supervise, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations at the centre
Plan and coordinate daily work assignments and operations
Work cohesively with the centre team, including doctors and nutritionists, to monitor client progress
Coordinate all aspects of patient care with appropriate team members
Ensure quality service to each client
