Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ITI/Diploma Technician to join our assembly team. The candidate will be responsible for mechanical and electronics assembly, ensuring high-quality production of our products. The role involves hands-on work with mechanical components, electronic circuits, wiring, and testing of assembled units.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mechanical assembly of components as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring, and connections following schematics.
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assembly, testing, and quality checks.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and rectification of assembly issues.
Maintain documentation of assembly processes and test results.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and workplace cleanliness.
Coordinate with the production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the assembly process.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education:

ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Electronics, or related trade) / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.

Experience:

1-3 years in mechanical or electronics assembly (Freshers with strong skills may be considered).

Skills:

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and circuit diagrams.
Proficiency in handling mechanical tools and electronic soldering equipment.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and PCB assembly.
Understanding of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
