Qualification :
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Experience Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Steel Slitting / Coil Slitting operations.
Job Description:
Operate and supervise Steel Slitting Machines for coils of minimum 0.75 mm thickness.
Handle machine setup, production parameters, troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
Monitor production, product quality, machine performance and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical teams for maintenance and breakdown resolution.
Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, quality, and production standards while reducing machine downtime.
Strong practical knowledge of Steel Slitting Machines handling minimum 0.75 mm thickness coils.
