Lead the complete Ahmedabadsandwich-panel manufacturing plant from commissioning and stabilization through full-scale production, with ownership of safety, output, quality, cost, people and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for plant operations, including production, PPC, maintenance, quality,stores, dispatch, utilities and EHS coordination.
Lead commissioning, trial production, SOP finalization and production ramp-upof the continuous PUR/PIR sandwich-panel line.
Establish daily/weekly/monthly production plans in line with sales orders, raw-material availability and delivery commitments.
Drive OEE, productivity, yield,line speed, changeover control, scrap reduction, energy efficiency and manpower optimization.
Ensure stablecontrol of foaming,profiling/forming, curing, cutting,packing and finished-panel handling processes.
Build preventive and predictive maintenance discipline to minimizebreakdowns and production loss.
Ensure incoming, in-process and final quality systems for steel facings,chemicals, adhesives, insulation core, panel dimensions and finished performance.
Develop plant SOPs, work instructions, skillmatrices, shift structures, training systems and accountability mechanisms.
Coordinate with sales, purchase,finance and management on order priorities, inventory, cost, customer complaints and capacity planning.
Lead root-cause analysis, CAPA, 5S, safety practices and continuous improvement across the plant.
Recruit, mentorand evaluate key production and technical team members during the start-up phase.
Present plant MIS coveringproduction, rejection, downtime,consumption, manpower, dispatch and key risks to management.
