Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, for a Formulation & Development & ADL Executive. The role involves developing and executing formulations for new product development, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, conducting analytical method development, and overseeing laboratory work related to formulation and analysis. The Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and ensure quality objectives are achieved.

Active participation in business planning, problem-solving, and project management is essential for this role.

Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills to support formulation development and laboratory evaluations
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and reporting
Experience in Business Planning and the ability to strategize for long-term goals
Project Management skills for overseeing timelines and deliverables efficiently
Basic understanding of Sales and market trends in the pharmaceutical industry.
1-5 Years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a relevant field
Prior experience in pharmaceutical formulation and development or ADL.
Adaptability to work effectively in an on-site environment
