Job description:

Candidate would be involved in various steps of Formulation Development of solid orals; i.e. Literature search, PR initiations, planning and execution of Lab trails, technology transfer, data compilation and documentation.
Candidate must have sound knowledge of different conventional granulation techniques (RMG, Top Spray & Roller Compaction), compression, and coating.
Additional experience in extended-release formulation and pelletization is preferable.
Responsible for execution of trial batches.
Responsible technical issues resolution which includes compile the data and summarize the trend and suggest the root cause for observations and way forward.
Responsible for Identifying and Trouble-shooting the critical problems during formulation developments.
preparation of technical documents i.e. – MFC, Development report, risk assessment report etc.
Responsible for Design and evaluation of formulation trials to develop optimized formula as per QBD approach.
Responsible for monitoring/execution of R&D Scale up and Exhibit Batches.
To coordination with ADL, RA, RQA, PD, IPR, TT Departments during Product Development.
