Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an R&D Executive in the Cosmetics sector. The R&D Executive will be responsible for managing research and development activities, including formulating new products, conducting sensory evaluations, and ensuring alignment with industry standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve skincare products while maintaining quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research Development processes
Proficiency in Sensory Evaluation and its application within cosmetic product development
Knowledge of Food Science and Food Technology as they relate to skincare formulations
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and proficiency in laboratory practices
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet project deadlines
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field
Experience in the cosmetics or dermatological industry is a strong advantage
