Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Chef with strong knowledge of and curry preparation. The candidate should be skilled in maintaining taste consistency, food quality, and kitchen hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of and gravies
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with daily kitchen operations and prep work
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow
Reduce food wastage and ensure proper ingredient usage
Requirements:
4–5 years of experience as an Chef
Good knowledge of and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
Team-oriented and disciplined approach
