Experience required:
Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience (premium cafés, restaurants, or hospitality brands preferred).
What you’ll be responsible for
• Owning and evolving Niro’s food philosophy and menu
• Creating, testing, and standardising recipes across outlets
• Ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Training kitchen teams and setting SOPs
• Working closely with operations, marketing, and leadership
• Curating seasonal menus and special launches
• Maintaining food cost controls and quality benchmarks
• Leading kitchen innovation while staying true to the brand DNA
What we’re looking for
• Strong culinary fundamentals with a modern approach
• Proven experience in menu development and kitchen leadership
• Ability to balance creativity with scalability
• High standards, attention to detail, and discipline
• Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
