Business Development Executive (BDE) – Retail Sales

Experience

Minimum 1 Year in Retail / FMCG / Field Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our retail market presence in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing retailer relationships, and increasing product visibility in the retail segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, and general trade stores
Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage
Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets
Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail outlets
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to reporting manager
Coordinate with distributor for order execution and stock availability
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Gujarati & Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Knowledge of retail market in Ahmedabad
Ability to handle field sales independently
Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year experience in Retail / FMCG / Field Sales
Graduate preferred (Any stream)
Two-wheeler compulsory
Local candidate preferred
