Base Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month (based on experience)

What You'll Sell
You'll be helping coaches enroll in a high-ticket mentorship and the Done-With-You launch program.
The program is designed for coaches struggling with inconsistent leads, weak offers, or underperforming funnels, helping them build a live, revenue-generating system within 30 days . It includes:
Offer & niche positioning
Funnel buildout
Paid ad launch
12 months of ongoing support
Your prospects are warm, pre-qualified coaches who have already invested in courses, agencies, or mentorship programs before. They're not looking for convincing—they're looking for someone they can trust.
Your job is to become that trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct video sales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads.
Understand each prospect's goals, challenges, and business needs.
Present the offer using a consultative sales approach.
Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward a buying decision.
Follow up with warm leads and manage your sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM updates and detailed call notes.
Share objection patterns and prospect insights with the marketing and setter teams.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives in a high-performance, consultative sales environment and takes ownership of their numbers.
1–2 years of experience in high-ticket sales (coaching, EdTech, consulting, or personal development preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
Comfortable conducting video sales calls with confidence.
Able to follow a sales framework naturally without sounding scripted.
Strong objection-handling skills and a consultative selling approach.
Self-driven, accountable, and motivated by performance.
Someone who tracks and continuously improves their close rate.
Understands how coaches think—their ambitions, fears, and buying journey.
Enjoys selling transformational programs, not just transactions.
Bonus Points
You've sold coaching or mentorship programs before.
You're a former coach or have personally invested in a high-ticket coaching program.
You're enrolled in or have completed a remote closing or sales training program.
You're actively investing in improving your sales skills.
You thrive in a performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential.
What We're Not Looking For
Candidates with only e-commerce or D2C sales experience and no exposure to coaching or info-product sales.
Sales professionals who rely heavily on a fixed salary rather than performance-based earnings.
Candidates who treat objections as dead ends instead of opportunities.
Individuals who require constant supervision or hand-holding.
