2+ years in Banking, Insurance, BFSI or Sales

Key Responsibilities
Handle leads provided by bank branches and convert them into sales.
Meet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
Maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely follow-ups.

Eligibility
Any Graduate.
2+ years of experience in Banking, Insurance, BFSI or Sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates with bancassurance or lead-based sales experience preferred.
