Senior Sales Executive

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Senior Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales cycle for a residential project, including client meetings, property presentations, and closing deals.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable options aligned with their preferences. The Senior Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in sales strategies.

Qualifications required

5+ years of Developer side experience.
CRM proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, English, and Hindi.
Rigorous cold calling and timely follow up.
Strong skills in client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication.
Demonstrated abilities in negotiation, persuasion, and closing high-value real estate transactions.
Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of real estate markets, pricing, and regulatory aspects of Ahmedabad.
Proven experience in real estate sales
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Ability to work on-site, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
