Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in Ahmedabad. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring equipment is operational. Daily responsibilities also include testing and inspecting surveillance equipment, working with hazardous materials related to system installation, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the delivery of reliable solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

CCTV Installation skills, including wiring, configuration, and basic software setup
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions effectively
Troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently
Knowledge of safety protocols related to handling Hazardous Materials
Basic computer and networking knowledge
Physical fitness to perform tasks such as carrying equipment and working at heights
Proven work experience in a similar role is an advantage
A technical diploma or relevant certification is preferred
