Fuel Distribution & Compliance Officer

Working Hours:

(9 hour Shift)
1st Shift will start at 7.00 am,
2nd will start at 3.00 pm
3rd will start at 11 pm.
6 days working will be there and weekly off will be decided in coordiantion with team members. 10 PTO will be given.
During the training period candidates are required to work under Night shift only.

Overview
The Bulk Fuel Dispatch Team is responsible for the efficient and timely distribution of fuel products to various locations. This role is critical to ensuring that fuel delivery operations run smoothly and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.

· Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field will add benefites

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

· Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements provided by company.

· Proficiency in inventory management and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities Fuel Distribution Coordination

· Plan and schedule fuel deliveries to meet customer demand and operational requirements.

· Maintain accurate records of fuel quantities and delivery schedules.

· Optimize dispatch routes to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.

Safety and Compliance

· Ensure that all fuel dispatch operations comply with industry safety standards and regulations.

· Conduct regular safety checks and audits on fuel transport vehicles.

· Train team members on safety protocols and emergency procedures with the help of resources provided by Company.

Communication and Customer Service

· Liaise with customers and suppliers to coordinate fuel deliveries and resolve any issues.

· Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns promptly.

· Keep customers informed about delivery status and any potential delays.

Inventory Management

· Monitor fuel inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.

· Implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages and overstocking.
