Seasonal Credentialed Tax Expert - Bilingual Spanish
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!
What You Will DoIn this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will support our goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World."
- You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
- This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

- Opportunity to work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
- Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Expected base pay and bonus eligibility are as follows:
- Bay Area, CA: $28.80 - $36.50
- Southern CA: $28.80 - $36.50
- Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
- Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
- Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
- Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
- Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
- Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
- New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
- New York: $28.80 - $36.50
- Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
- Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
- Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
- Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50
