Job SummaryOmega World Travel is hiring experienced Travel Consultants to plan and book travel for a prestigious US military client at an onsite location in Aiea, Hawaii.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure top-level customer service through effective use of a GDS reservation system and other travel tools, maintain excellent onsite and telephone service, prompt replies to emails, handle domestic and international travel requests, process air, hotel, rail, and car reservations.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of GDS required;
Sabre or Apollo experience preferred - Minimum of 3 years Travel Consultant experience required
- Military or government travel management company experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of world geography required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications and Google Applications required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Ability to work with speed in a fast-paced environment required
