Redemption Center Buyer

Reynolds Recycling, Inc. will pay a sign‑on bonus of up to $1,500 after 1‑year of satisfactory performance for applicants that are hired. The bonus is $500 paid out at their 3‑month, 6‑month and 1‑year anniversary.

If you know of someone that would make a great addition to our team, YOU may be eligible to receive up to $750 referral award if your referral has satisfactory performance after 6 months of employment.

Reynolds Recycling, Hawaii’s leader in the recycling industry, is looking for full‑time Redemption Center Buyers to work at our Oahu locations. With 12 convenient locations on Oahu, Reynolds Recycling is Hawaii’s largest recycler and plans are underway to expand operations promoting convenient redemption services in more neighborhoods. We are a dynamic company who cares about our employees and customers.

• Safely and properly inspect and buy used beverage containers and scrap metal in compliance with State law.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by providing quick, accurate, honest service and weights.
• Able to calculate monetary exchange and write checks.
• Keep site clean and maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Promote and protect Reynolds Recycling, Inc. assets, property and funds.

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Valid Hawaii Driver license.
• Basic math and customer service skills.
• Able to work in an outdoor environment.
• Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
• Work on weekdays, weekends and holidays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Satisfactory pre-employment background check, physical and drug test results.

• Pay rate is $14.00 an hour.
