With 118 beds and more than 400 physicians on its medical staff, Pali Momi Medical Center offers a full range of services for the communities of Central and West O'ahu. The hospital has delivered many medical firsts for the community, including Central and West O'ahu’s only interventional cardiac catheterization unit to detect and treat heart disease, a fully integrated minimally invasive surgical suite, a comprehensive women’s center, CT scan and MRI services, and the state’s first retina center.
Pali Momi is the only facility in Hawai'i that uses a team triage approach in its emergency room, where patients are promptly evaluated by an emergency physician.
Our Emergency Room provides quality urgent care to all ill and injured patients requiring emergency medical attention and, if necessary, follow-up care and referrals. As the Emergency Department Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that the Emergency Room is able to provide quality, effective intervention for patients with critical health conditions. You would support and care for patients under the direct clinical supervision of licensed professionals including monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient flow. We are looking for someone comfortable working in a high‑intensity setting that requires remarkable patient care and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team‑oriented atmosphere and a commitment to creating a healthier Hawai‘i.

Minimum Qualifications- High school or equivalent. Completion of nursing degree, critical care technician or EMT program, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card.
- One (1) year clinical or emergency experience.
- Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification.
- Two (2) years emergency experience with pediatric patients.
