OBXtek is currently staffing for a Senior Project Manager (PM) supporting the Army’s Global Enterprise Network Modernization – OCONUS (GENM‑O) organization. Place of performance will be Hunter Army Airfield and Fort Shafter, HI.

• Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects.
• Work collectively with other Senior PMs and support staff across the team.
• Provide technical support for all assigned contracts, including development and review of acquisition and project documents.
• Track and report assigned contract costs, schedule, and performance to the assigned Government Lead.
• Create and update all assigned projects in project tracking tools such as Power
  
  BI, Microsoft Project, and others as required.
• Track and report project risks, issues, and opportunities to the assigned Government Lead.
• Attend all required meetings, conferences, etc., and provide meeting notes as required.
• Interact with mission partners across multiple organizations, ensuring all requirements are captured and/or accounted for throughout the acquisition process.

Some travel can be expected. Travel will consist of trips both CONUS and OCONUS.

Active Secret Clearance required.

• Army Acquisition experience highly recommended.
• 8 years (minimum) related PM experience.
• Experience providing oversight of large, multi‑functional projects, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints across multiple regions overseas.
• Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Science related field.

• Master's Degree in a science‑related field.
