We’re committed to providing high-quality veterinary care at an affordable cost to our community, and our reception team plays an essential role in making that mission possible.

Our receptionists are among our most valued team members. From welcoming clients and keeping the day organized to supporting clear communication between pet owners and the medical team, you’ll help create a positive experience for every person and pet who walks through our doors. What Our Veterinary Receptionist Do

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client experience
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and requests
• Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
• Help maintain an organized and efficient reception area and daily workflow
• Communicate clearly with clients, veterinarians, and veterinary support staff
• Maintain accurate client and patient information and records
• Support clients with compassion and professionalism, including during stressful or emotional situations
• Use a basic understanding of animal behavior and veterinary care to support effective client communication
