ADT Solutions Advisor. You’ll be able to take advantage of our ever‑expanding line of innovative home automation and smart security products and solutions, and help make homes smarter and people safer – every day. In this role you will.

• Use strong communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart home solutions to customers, explaining products and services in depth and recommending the right solutions.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, working closely with customers and coworkers.
• Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.

• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and are eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
