Senior Tax Associate – Steven Douglas – Aiken, SC

Well-established Wealth Management firm that offers comprehensive advice to individuals, families, and businesses is hiring a Senior Tax Associate within their growing tax practice. Preferred work location is in the Aiken, SC area with the possibility of hiring in other NC or SC offices.

• Prepare and process all paperwork and electronic documents for client tax preparation.
• Manage internal accounting portal for clients: organize documents, upload tax forms, track information requests, and ensure all necessary documents are obtained for tax filings.
• Proactive approach to following up with clients, advisors, and tax managers on projects.
• Input client tax data for individual and business tax filings.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of professional tax experience including high net worth individuals, S‑Corporations, partnerships, estates, and/or trust tax returns.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage high‑volume workflow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting systems such as Quick Books; experience with the CCH software suite is a plus.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
